Three Arrested after Several Pounds of Drugs and Weapon Found in Home and Storage Shed

Pender County Narcotics Detectives continued to work an investigation which back on February 14th, 2025, yielded a large number of Narcotics and Firearms being seized during the execution of a Narcotics Search Warrant at residence located at 174 Grey Beard Drive in Rocky Point.
On Tuesday, April 29th, 2025, Detectives with the Pender County Sheriff’s Office Vice / Narcotics Unit executed Narcotics Search Warrants while continuing the investigation into the possession and distribution of Fentanyl and other illicit narcotics in the Rocky Point area of Pender County.
Detectives executed warrants on 174 Grey Beard Drive in Rocky Point for a second time and a separate warrant on a local storage unit. The below items were located and seized:
4,402 Grams (Approximately 9 Pounds) of Counterfeit Fentanyl M30 Pills
863.6 (Approximately 1.9 Pounds) Grams of Cocaine
915 (Approximately 2 Pounds) Grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms
2792 (Approximately 6 Pounds) Grams of Marijuana
4 Grams of Methamphetamine
26 Grams of “Black Tar” Heroin
107 Dosage Units of LSD
10 Dosage Units of Xanax
Various items of Drug Paraphernalia
1 Handgun

The following persons were arrested in relation to the incident and placed in the custody of the Pender County Jail. We would also like to thank our partners at the North Carolina Probation and Parole for their assistance with this investigation.

Trafficking in LSD – 1 Count

Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Cocaine – 1 Count
Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Heroin – 1 Count
Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Sch I CS – 2 Counts
Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Sch VI CS – 1 Count
Manufacture Sch II CS – 1 Count
Maintain Vehicle/Dwelling/Place CS (M) – 1 Count
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – 1 Count
Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia – 1 Count

Felony Possession of Schedule II CS – 2 Counts
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – 1 Count

Felony Possession of Schedule I CS – 1 Count
Possession of Marijuana ½ to 1 ½ Oz – 1 Count
Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia – 1 Count

Counterfeit Fentanyl pills are responsible for numerous Opiate Overdoses and Deaths in and around our region. Fentanyl-Laced fake prescription pills can contain a Lethal dose of Fentanyl in just one pill.
2 Milligrams – The amount on the end of this pencil can be enough to kill an average American.
