1) What 3 changes, if any, would you like to see in the community you will be representing over the next four years?

1. Phased Multi Use Path - safety of citizens and visitors

2. Increase revenue earmarked for underfunded Beach Renourishment Fund.

3. A Parking Plan that manages the increasing number of residents and visitors.

2) What strategy will you implement to respond to public concerns and criticisms?

I will continue to be transparent, sharing my opinions and answering all questions with my social media Facebook page, "Tim Z Commissioner Topsail Beach" and personally engage in open discussions on any topic at "Coffee with the Commissioner" events.

3) How do you plan to measure and evaluate your success in office?

As an incumbent, I will continue to self evaluate my shared ideas that have a positive impact with residents and visitors. Measuring cost savings initiatives with accountability.

4) Can you give an example of how you have supported a community project in the past?

I have and will continue to do all I can to support and maintain our Beach Renourishment Plan.

5) What personal or professional experience do you have that makes you qualified to serve your community?

Experienced as a Two Term Town Commissioner. Current Mayor Pro Tempore. Collaborating with 4 Mayors, 6 Elected Commissioners, 4 Appointed Commissioners and 3 Town Managers over 8 years. Strong established relationships with all levels of Local, County and State and Federal Government.
