Marian Taylor is a success-driven entrepreneur, Livestream host, speaker, and founder of The Marian Way. Her mission is to support her clients save time and money while living a simple, healthy, and beautiful lifestyle. As a professional downsizer and relocation specialist for 10+ years, Marian knows firsthand what it takes to help her clients let go of their “excess “, with her time-tested tools, tips, and solutions.  Marian is also a good food ambassador and offers her clients gluten-free and clean mealtime solutions. She shares Simple Meal, Wellness, Home Décor, Finance, and Beauty Solutions – The Marian Way.

Marian is a wife, mother and grandmother and believes the home should and can be a place of calm and beauty. Marian also believes it's time to take back our health and our kitchens by making healthy food choices for ourselves and our families. 

My name is Dotty Ann Harding, President & CEO of OCPAW (Onslow County Partners for Animal Welfare, Inc) since 2009. An all-volunteer nonprofit animal welfare liaison that emphasizes providing low-cost PawsAbility spay/neuter vouchers for companion animals & feral cats for Onslow County residents. Our support comes from personal donations, fundraisers, and grants. The goal is to help our residents spay/neuter their pets to lower the cost of suffering and euthanasia in our Shelter. Previously in life, I was an RN, owned and managed a flower shop and a nursery/landscaping company was President of a Chamber of Commerce, and  a Rotary member. I travel to the NJ Coast to visit three children, two grandchildren, and other family members. I love the Sneads Ferry community, where I enjoy my coastal home with my three dogs, boating, and kayaking.

First and foremost, I am a Child of God and proud to be an American. I grew-up as an Air Force brat, so learning to stay in one place has been hard, because I love to travel.  I settled in North Carolina with my son a little over 20 years ago and 15 of those years have been in the Surf City/Hampstead area. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, walker/runner, and I am really enjoying the retired life. I am a rescue mom to two beautiful collies. My Granddaughters are my world. I have written several songs for Bound by Faith (local dispersed Christian band). I have written a book but I keep rewriting it so I have not had it published yet. I wrote my first article for Topsail Times that was published August 12, 2022, and I look forward to writing many more.
